I was thinking of getting either Witch Hunter Robin or Kiddy Grade (At least the volumes that are out) this weekend. Do you guys have any other reccomendations or comments on which one I should get? I'd really apreciate some advice. Thanks.

I'd buy both(if I had the money). Both Kiddy Grade and Witch Hunter Robin are both great anime series, and are a great addition to your current anime collection. But I would probably buy WHR before I buy KG...

I've seen a few episodes of Kiddy Grade and all of WHR. They're both good.
I'd agree that WHR is the better of the two, but I want both. |

Is there any specific reason you chose these two titles?
If you like Witch Hunter Robin I would strongly suggest Hellsing as well. And definately go with WHR before Kiddy Grade. |

It really depends on your tastes. If you are more for the sci-fi genre, Kiddy Grade is the way to go. WHR is a solid title for the supernatural.
Either way, you really can't go wrong. |

I would get Kiddy Grade since Witch Hunter Robin shows on Adult Swim and the show isn't that heavily edited.

What I suggest is that you watch or tape WHR to see how much you like it, and, you could rent KG to see how you like that as well. And, if you like one more then the other, go for the one you like better. Or, if you like them both the same, get them both.

Definitely Witch Hunter Robin. It has a much better story than Kiddy Grade. Granted, both are good, but WHR is better.

i haven't seen kiddy grade anime, but I've seen pics of it, id get WHR but iu didn't think it was that good really. if i was you, id save my money.

What the hell is kiddy grade? I never heard of this particular anime, hmm methinks i will investigate.
I would go straight for Hellsing as one of the posters suggested, witch hunter robin is good also, but kinda slow for my tastes. Also reccomended; Gunparde March, Sadamitsu the destroyer and definetly Last Exlie (one of the coolest intro/ending themes ever!!) |

I'm going to second this. Last Exile easily tromps everything else mentioned in this thread, if you ask me. Definitely worth at least a rental. |

It depends on what type of anime you are looking for. Kiddy Grade, in my opinion, has better animation then Witch Hunter Robin. Kiddy Grade also has more fan service where as Witch Hunter Robin has a consistent, solid plot. Either way you can't go wrong. And Last Exile is a great anime and is definitely worth at least a rental.
