There's actually a higher quality version of these on sony music online's Morrich service. Go here: http://www.sonymusic.co.jp/eng/
and click on the little flashing Morrich button. Then, it's just a matter of finding it on the menu at the right, I think it's under music 1. On the higher quality version, I can see myself in the part where Nami is demonstrating the dance moves at her panel.
