Innocence theatre and DVD release for UK?

I apologise beforehand if this questions already been answered, but I don't suppose anyone knows when GITS2 will get a thetre release in the UK?

Theres an ad banner on the top right of the screen that says September 17th but I assumed that was US release... Think it'll only get a small theatre release in the UK, the first one was only shown at exclusive cinemas, (the small arty ones that show world cinema films)

What about the general DVD release? when are we likely to see it?
