I expected a new season announcement before the end of the year, I mean TNK hasn't done any animes since the last season I think and DxD seems to be their biggest anime hit. I like how they keepin it 1 season every 2 years though lmao

Ishibumi and the studio said that after Born they're just going back to being faithful to the novel. Well they were never 100% faithful since they cut out stuff but yeah I assume is "as faithful as season 1 and 2".
They really shit the bed there, it would've been perfectly fine to adapt the novel as it is, 50% of the season being anime original or changing things pissed off a lot of people. Honestly, the LNs for DxD are still the best choice for the series anyways, there's a lot more comedy and characterization. |

Well, well, well! Another season of boobs galore! Let's just hope this season's good; I actually liked BorN, but it was definitely a let-down in comparison to the first two seasons.

I see some people are saying that BorN is no good. Could anyone please tell me what's wrong with it, such as something in BorN that are not originally part of the light novel? I have watched and own the first 3 seasons of High School DxD.
