So is MHA still affected by foul play? It got a score of 3.9 and yet it's above shows that scored 4.2 and 4.3.

I did think the score was abnormally low for how great the episode was.

I’m a little sad to see Yuuna and the Haunted Hot Springs so low on this list as I’m enjoying that one quite a bit. It’s not the most innovative show of the season, but bottom 5? I think it deserves better than that, but I guess it won’t get much higher for such a niche title. Sad Anything can happen, though, so it may get out of the bottom before the end of the season. I certainly hope so.

Those scores are close enough that I don’t think you can write off the possibility that it was due to preference between the shows, and go straight to foul play. The other shows right beneath it are even closer (4.1, 4, 3.9, 4.1). And I think in these cases, we may want to look at those 4.2s and 4.3 rather than MHA’s score. The 4.2s are How not to Summon a Demon Lord and Happy Sugar Life and 4.3 is Angels of Death, all of which almost certainly have a smaller audience and less diverse audience (opinion wise) than MHA. If anything I would be surprised if any of those beat MHA in preference, rather than the other way around.

Pleased with Banana Fish's ranking, it's been a solid series so far. The ranking for Free! Dive to the Future, on the other hand, could definitely be higher. Maybe the drama is weighing it down, or the shifting focus between each set of leads, but I don't feel like it warrants being in the bottom third of the cumulative rankings.

Hope they fix the graph, it's making me seasick. xD

Glad to see Asobi at nr. 1. I actually didn't expect it, though I feel that's the best fresh show of this season overall, and had been steady in its quality for all 4 episodes. Not a 5 stars, but fairly steady 4-4,5.

Demon Lord taking a dive shouldn't surprise anyone as last episode was an introduction episode of a new character than anything else, and thus work more as a filler without much of value being added to the story, and should be viewed as a build-up towards what to come rather than as a stand-alone episode.

More surprising is how much Angolmois dropped in my view, I feel that too is a show that's been pretty steady, yet even so it keeps jumping up and down like a jo-jo.

I'm also surprised that AoT managed to keep such a high rank on what's arguably a story filler episode with very little action. Things being revealed that has been hinted towards for a long time also didn't come as a shock to me, but perhaps we got some new audience this season who like how things are going, and that it's taking more of a Game of Thrones shift (which I agree with is rather intreging, where the Titans are more special weapons rather than an unknown menace at this rate).

Cells at Work also jumping. A good show, and not surprised to see it up there, and I believe the people with allergies towards pollen found this episode especially amusing.

Holmes also jumping quite a bit, I haven't seen the 4th episode yet, guess I'm in for a treat.

Planet With is not a show I've been watching, but the steady climb will probably make me give it a try if I got the time. On my radar now.

Glad to see that Gintama and Attack on titan season 3 is in the top. Also, I'm still happy to see that My Hero Academia is in the list. I love this three anime.

Let me try to watched Banana Fish.

Happy to see Banana Fish and Angels of Death rise significantly, though the latter has a tough slog ahead to climb out of the pit on the cumulative. The roller coaster curves on some of these shows is amusing to look at. Like Persona 5 is busy building the Washington Monument. Laughing
