They should also try to say what happened to Kumi Miyasato.

I'd consider getting Megazone 23 if Gunsmith Cats weren't taking forever to get here.

(Also, here's a preemptive mention of Handsy Uncle Victor as the lead in the dub.)

Well I supported all their campaigns so far, some in retrospect which they make easy enough to do. They do indeed take their time, but you shouldn't worry about not getting them. GSC seems like it will be done in the next couple of months.

Though to be honest the ease with which you can order the same products through their website later down the track makes holding off until its closer to being done a pretty viable option. Like you can still get the full premium GSC, Riding Bean or OnV release for the same price as Kickstarter. Only one missing is BGC.

https://www.animeigo.com/gsc

You miss out on a name in the credits though or the other limited extras. Aww shucks! Wink

Excellent! We got Bubblegum Crisis kickstarter funded to success. So now it's Megazone 23 (Two Three) to success. This film does need a HD upgrade to BD since it was produced in the mid to late 80's.

There seems to be a lot of time spent on additional items, which to me are nice, but certainly not essential. I just want the completed Blu-ray.

Agreed. GSC feels like it's really dragging out. (Disclosure: I've backed all of AE's Kickstarters at the Premium level.)

You're missing NOTHING by AnimEigo passing on Megazone 23 Part 3 which was done by another company other than the producers of Parts 1 and 2. The story was finished with Part 2. Part 3 is Megazone 23's version of Games of Thrones Seasons 7 and 8...

I don't know where you're getting the idea of AnimEigo is passing on Part III, because it's listed in the Kickstarter as being part of the product. AE's even trying to see if they can include the Manga UK dub for Part III, which has never been seen outside of Europe in the 90s.

Look, I get that people don't care about it, but a Megazone 23 release without Part III would be absurd, because then it wouldn't be a truly complete release.

I think he got the idea part III was left out because it wasn't mentioned in the article here. You are correct though. It is included as mentioned on KickStarter.

And you can still order a copy, if you want. Very Happy
