Going off this tweet it sounds like they just aren't gonna dub it: https://twitter.com/billsvoice/status/1278177325226446848
Really bad decision on Eleven Arts' part unless they are planning on a dub for the eventual video release. |

If there even is an eventual video release. We’ve been waiting a long time, after the half-hearted theatrical release a year and half ago. EDIT: You know, this might be the ideal time to do a Kickstarter: to see if there is enough financial support to do a dub, to secure the funding up front, and to let superfans pay an outsize portion of the dub's cost, just to ensure it happens at all. Hell, I'd throw in $100 to get the original dub cast back together to do part 2. |

Yay, the second movie is coming out in some way! Woohoo!
Boo, no dub. I really loved the first movie, and I saw the dub first. I wonder why they're not going to dub this one as well? Who knows? But I've wanted to see this one for a while, so I guess I better take what I can get. |

Wouldn't it make sense to stream both movies? For someone like me, whom is unfamiliar with the franchise, it seems odd to watch part 2 without seeing part 1 first.

So they're streaming part 2 instead of part 1, and part 2 won't be dubbed even though part 1 was? Uh, okay
