I claimed an erroneous thing to the newsroom, and I ended up being erroneous myself. So just to like, settle the confusion once and for all to anyone who is interested:
-Studio Takuranke (有限会社スタジオたくらんけ) founded in 1987 by Hiroyuki Yamada and Yasuhiko Kondou -Takuranke (株式会社たくらんけ) founded in 2014 by Yamada as its own thing that is a sort of new company thing. -Studio Takuranke is the one that went bankrupt -Takuranke continues to exist as a sub-contracting studio according to Yamada on Twitter (https://twitter.com/deresuke1960/status/1643498479053074432). So, just to clarify, it seems like there are two companies involved: Studio Takuranke, which was founded in 1987 by Hiroyuki Yamada and Yasuhiko Kondou, and Takuranke, which was founded in 2014 by Yamada as a separate entity. Studio Takuranke ended up going bankrupt, while Takuranke continues to exist as a sub-contracting studio according to Yamada's tweet. It can definitely be tough when things get mixed up like that
