Highschool of the Dead's Kouta Hirano

An unidentified cosplayer portrays Kouta Hirano, a character from Daisuke Satō's manga Highschool of the Dead and its 2010 anime adaptation. In the series, Hirano is a gun and weapons fanatic who joins a small group of schoolmates in defense against a horde of zombies. His name and obsession with guns are supposedly based on those of the creator of Hellsing, also named Kouta Hirano.
The photo was taken at Japan Weekend, which took place in Madrid, Spain on January 29 and 30.
