Yoko Kanno Posts Song to Support Quake Victims

Cowboy Bebop/Macross F/Escaflowne composer streams "Kimi de Ite Buji de Ite" on YouTube

Yōko Kanno — the composer of Cowboy Bebop, several Macross projects, Escaflowne, and many other anime and live-action works — posted a song she created to support the victims of the March 11 earthquake (Tōhoku Chihō Taiheiyō-oki Jishin) and tsunami on Sunday. The song is titled "Kimi de Ite Buji de Ite from Kanno Yoko."

Kanno was born in Miyagi — the prefecture hardest hit by the earthquake and tsunami.
