English Lupin III Board Game Expansion Hits Fundraising Goal

Japanime Games, the American card and board game publisher that released the Italian Lupin the 3rd board game in English, has reached its Kickstarter fundraising goal on Friday to release the game's first expansion. Japanime Games' goal was to reach US$5,000 by November 2, and the 99 backers to the project raised US$5,579.
Ghenos Games drew inspiration from Monkey Punch's Lupin III manga/anime thief character to create the original board game and Lupin the 3rd The Expansion #1.
The expansion will include "two new adventures for Lupin III in search of priceless treasures: Julius Caesar's golden coins and Excalibur, King Arthur's sword. In order to steal them, the gang must face tireless Inspector Zenigata again, who has made their capture his reason for existence."
Each of the backers will also receive a mini Fiat 500 metal model car, which is the car Lupin drives in the Lupin III: The Castle of Cagliostro film.
