Pokémon X & Y Trailer Reveals October 12 Release

New Fairy type & ability to feed Pokémon revealed

Nintendo showed a new gameplay trailer for the Pokémon X & Pokémon Y games during its live-streamed Nintendo Direct presentation on Tuesday. The trailer announced that the games will debut worldwide on October 12.

The trailer also demonstrated new features of the games, such as feeding and using the stylus to pet the Pokémon. It also reveals a new Fairy type which includes familiar and new Pokémon: Jigglypuff, Gardevoir, Sylveon, and Marill.
