Wacom & Manga University Team Create 'How to Draw Manga' Instructional Video Series

The American branch of Wacom, a company that makes digital drawing tablets, has teamed up with mangaka Mosoko Miyatsuki (Ani ga Rival!) and publisher Manga University to create a series of "How to Draw Manga" instructional videos.
In the first video, Miyatsuki teaches viewers how to draw a character with a happy expression using a Wacom Intuos Manga Pen Tablet.
Wacom's Japanese branch has released a series of videos in the past featuring popular manga artists drawing with their tablets. This ongoing series has included Rurouni Kenshin: Kyoto Inferno designer Ryo Yambe, Hacks! mangaka Tetsuya Imagi, Kantai Collection artist Oguchi, Vocaloid artist Yori, Haruhi Suzumiya and Shana illustrator Noizi Ito, So-Ra-No-Wo-To and Hana-Saku Iroha character designer Mel Kishida, character designer Kei (Hatsune Miku and other Vocaloid2 characters), illustrator Ukke (Crosslight CD), designer toi8 (Le Chevalier D'Eon), illustrator redjuice (supercell's "World is Mine" music video), illustrator Akatsuki Katō (Psychic Detective Yakumo novels), animator Ryousuke Sawa (a.k.a. "Ryōchimo"; key animator, Evangelion 1.0; character designer, Birdy the Mighty: Decode), illustrator Teruhiko Imaizumi (Hanamaru Kindergarten), character designer Hidari (Natsu-iro Kiseki, Fractale), manga creator Shiro (Yama no Susume), Jashin Ōnuma/Nareru! SE illustrator Ixy, and anohana character designer Masayoshi Tanaka.
