According to the post, on February 10th "The Red Baron" will begin its broadcast. Virtua Fighter has no confirmed broadcast date yet.

Excerpted from a post made to the UMJAMS Anime News ML:

Univision acquired the anime tv series 'The Red Baron' and 'Virtua Fighter' from Lain International. Both were produced by Tokyo Movie Shinsha and dubbed into spanish in Los Angeles CA. This is just the beginning because Univision is interested in japanese animation for all its new channels.
The Red Baron or 'El Barón Rojo' in spanish (49X30min.) will be in air on February 10th. Kent de la Rosa and his friend Sally, the protagonists of this story, are fans of the new sport of 2020, the metal fight, and Kent will participate with Sally's robot, The Red Baron.
