Kanon remake, Dragon Ball fill top four slots
Moe-otaku-fueled sales lifted the latest volume of the Kanon remake to its expected place at the top of the weekly animation DVD chart in Japan, with all three volumes of this month's Dragon Ball DVDs following right behind. Kanon Volume 5's limited edition included audio commentaries, a four-panel comic-strip-style bookmark, a trading card, a special disc illustration, and a deluxe slipcase. The Dragon Ball DVDs had none of these, but sold on nostalgia for a series that went without affordable DVDs until this year.
