Kadokawa Shoten has posted three slightly different commercials for the Kiddy Girl-and television anime series: a 15-second one on the official website, a 30-second Anime Newtype Channel one on the YouTube website, and another 30-second Kadokawa Anime Channel one on YouTube. Kiddy Girl-and is a spinoff from the Kiddy Grade anime franchise which will premiere on October 15. The story is set in the Star Century year 0379, roughly two decades after the original Kiddy Grade anime and about five centuries after our present day. The spirited Ascoeur (Aya Uchida) and serious Q-feuille (Aya Gōda) work for the galactic government known as GTO. The two girls are members of ES, GTO's finest secret agents with special abilities — or, rather, they are training to become ES.
Director Keiji Gotoh (Kishin Taisen Gigantic Formula, Uta∽Kata), series script supervisor Hidefumi Kimura (Kiddy Grade, Generator Gawl), and character designer Megumi Kadonosono (Clannad film, Uta∽Kata) return from the first series in their respective production roles. This time around, Satelight is producing the animation for GTO, the production entity named after the story's fictional government.
Marvelous Entertainment is streaming a commercial for the 11eyes anime series. (In the linked page, select the "11eyes CM配信中!!" button on the right.) Crunchyroll will stream the anime episode after Tuesday's premiere in Japan. The anime adapts Lass' 11eyes -Tsumi to Batsu to Aganai no Shōjo- fantasy adult computer game about five schoolmates who are suddenly transported to the world of "Red Night," where a giant black moon hangs over the blood-red sky.
The official website for Daisuke Miura's live-action film adaptation of Kengo Hanazawa 's Boys on the Run boxing manga is streaming the film's two-minute trailer. Ginnan Boyz singer Kazunobu Mineta stars as Toshiyuki Tanishi, a 27-year-old man stuck in a company that sells vending machine prizes, until the day he meets an old acquaintance who is now a boxer. Inspired to try boxing himself, Tanishi joins a gym that happens to have a female trainer named Hana. The film will open in Japan on January 30.
The official website for the Tentai Senshi Sunred anime series began streaming the first episode from the second season on Saturday. The anime adapts Makoto Kubota's action manga parody of classic Japanese anime and live-action special-effects shows, in which the hero Sunred fights against General Vamp and his shadowy group of minions.
