Domo Makes Star Wars: The Clone Wars Ad Cameo

Taachan, Usajii also appear in 30-second collaboration with Lucasfilm
Not-So-Daily Link of the Day II: Domo, the furry brown mascot character of the Japanese public broadcaster NHK, makes a cameo in a 30-second commercial for the Star Wars: The Clone Wars series. The NHK-Educational and NHK BShi channels premiered the Japanese dub of this computer-animated spinoff from the Star Wars films earlier this month. Lucasfilm supervised and produced this commercial. Besides Domo, the weasel Taachan and the rabbit Usajii also make cameos.
