Inazuma Eleven Soccer RPG Gets Movie This Winter (Updated)

The July issue of Shogakukan's Monthly CoroCoro Comic magazine is announcing next Tuesday that a movie version of the Inazuma Eleven game franchise has been green-lit for this winter. The soccer role-playing game from Level 5 (Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King, Rogue Galaxy, Professor Layton and the Curious Village) already inspired a television anime series that premiered in October of 2008.
The television series has already been extended until March 2011. In the original game, player assembles and trains a school soccer team for tournaments.
Update: A promotional image indicates that the film has a subtitle of Saikyō Gundan Ogre Raishuu (The Strongest Army Ogre Attacks). Thanks, Splash.
