Anime Network Streams No. 6 TV Series

The Anime Network will begin streaming the science fiction anime series No. 6 online on August 7. A new episode will stream every Sunday at 12:15 p.m. (CDT). The 11-episode series will be available for viewing for free on The Anime Network's website, but registration is required. It is also streaming on Crunchyroll, and Sentai Filmworks announced on Wednesday that it licensed the anime for digital release this year and home video release next year.

The story takes place in a post-apocalyptic world where humankind resides in sparse city-states. Shion is banished for allowing a strange boy named Nezumi sleep in his apartment. Alienated, Shion is arrested under suspicion of murder after a series of mysterious deaths. Shion and Nezumi struggle to survive by unraveling the secrets of City Number 6.
