A-Channel + smile Video Anime's Textless Ending Posted

Original video anime inspired by bb Kuroda's A Channel manga gets DVD/BD release on March 21

The official website for the A-Channel anime franchise began streaming the A-Channel + smile original video anime's ending animation without credits on Thursday. The anime inspired by bb Kuroda's original A Channel manga will ship on Blu-ray Disc and DVD on March 21. The ending video will be available through March 1. The website previously began streaming the anime's opening animation without credits last week.

Like the television anime series that preceded it, the new video anime revolves around the "cute and relaxed" everyday life of four high school girls: the flighty Run, the reckless Tōru, the timid Yūko, and the level-headed Nagi.

The A-Channel + smile release will bundle a CD with the new opening theme song "Balloon Theater" by Marina Kawano. It will also include a second CD with the new ending theme song "Smile Hōteishiki" (Smile Equation) by the main characters Run, Tōru, Nagi, and Yūko (as voiced by Kaori Fukuhara, Aoi Yūki, Yumi Uchiyama, and Minako Kotobuki, respectively). The "Important Place" song that the characters Run, Yutaka (Ai Matayoshi), and Miho (Momoko Saito) perform in the anime, as well as a fourth unnamed song from the four main characters, complete the second CD.
