Kekkaishi's Tanabe to Start New Manga Next Spring

The combined 4th/5th issues of Shogakukan's Weekly Shonen Sunday magazine is revealing on Wednesday that Kekkaishi manga creator Yellow Tanabe will launch her new manga series next spring.
Her current manga mini-series Laughter in the End of the World (Shūmatsu no Laughter) is also ending in the same issue. The magazine announced in September that Tanabe would start a new manga series, and she began Laughter in the End of the World on November 21. The manga's compiled book volume will ship in Japan next March.
Tanabe began serializing Kekkaishi in Shonen Sunday in 2003 and ended it after eight years in 2011.
