Series premiere March 12, 19

Viz Media's digital English edition of Weekly Shonen Jump confirmed on Monday that it will preview both Haruto Ikezawa's Noah's Notes and Kentarō Hidano's Ziga manga has part of its "Jump Start" initiative. The two series will premiere on March 12 and March 19, respectively.

Viz Media teases the story of Noah's Notes as involving a "quest to find treasure and uncover the truth of the world."

Ikezawa debuted with the kendo manga Kurogane, which ran in Shonen Jump from 2011 to 2013. Ikezawa then published Mononofu from 2015 to 2016. Shonen Jump posted the first chapter of Kurogane in English on its website, and Viz Media previewed Mononofu.

Hidano's first work in Shonen Jump was the "Kuro no Mansion" one-shot manga with writer Hayato Yabuki in 2010, and the pair also drew the two-chapter "Kuhiko-san" manga on the Shonen Jump Plus app in 2014.

For its "Jump Start" initiative, Viz Media's Shonen Jump publishes the first three chapters of a new manga simultaneously with the Japanese release. This weeks issue began a preview of Gege Akutami's Jujutsu Kaisen manga.
