The Central Board of Film Certification in India is listing the 17th Pokémon film, Pokémon Movie: Dabang Diancie Aur Diamond (Pokémon the Movie XY: Hakai no Mayu to Diancie), and the 18th Pokémon film, Pokémon Movie: Hoopa And The Magic Rings (Pokémon the Movie XY: Ring no Chōmajin Hoopa), on its website.

Both films were granted certificates for their Hindi, Telegu, and Tamil dubs on November 4.

Pokémon Movie: Dabang Diancie Aur Diamond premiered in Japan in July 2014, and ranked #1 at the Japanese box office during its debut week. The film earned a total of 2,888,092,401 yen (US$26,546,681) at the Japanese box office as of the weekend of September 2014.

The Pokémon Company describes the story:

In the underground Diamond Domain, where many Carbink live, the Mythical Pokémon Diancie serves as ruler. The Heart Diamond that sustains the land is beginning to fall apart, and Diancie is not yet strong enough to create a new one. While seeking help from the Legendary Pokémon Xerneas, Diancie encounters a group of thieves who want to take control of its diamond-producing power—and who awaken the Legendary Pokémon Yveltal from its cocoon in the process! Can Ash and his friends help Diancie discover its true power, stop Yveltal's rampage, and save the Diamond Domain?

Pokémon Movie: Hoopa And The Magic Rings premiered in Japan in July 2015.

The Pokémon Company describes the film's story:

The 70-minute animated movie takes Ash, Pikachu, and their friends to a desert city by the sea. Here they meet the Mythical Pokémon Hoopa, which has the ability to summon things—including people and Pokémon—through its magic rings.

After a scary incident, they learn of a story about a brave hero who stopped the rampage of a terrifying Pokémon long ago. Now, the threat that has been bottled up for years is in danger of breaking loose again! Can Ash help his new friend overcome the darkness within…or will a dangerous secret erupt into a clash of legends?

The Pikachu to Pokémon Ongakutai (Pikachu & the Pokémon Music Band) anime short screened before the film when it premiered in Japan.
