posted on by Andrew Osmond
In a press release, Crunchyroll announced that it has re-appointed the Sheffield-based licensing agency Reemsborko for anime titles including Junji Ito "Collection", Bananya, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, One-Punch Man (pictured left), Tower of God, The God of High School and Junji Itô Maniac: Japanese Tales of the Macabre.
Reemsborko was founded by Max Arguile in 2018, and describes itself as a boutique agency. Arguile commented in the press release that "Anime is still a growing genre, especially in the UK, and horror is now big too."
Reemsborko had been previously appointed by Crunchyroll to handle anime products in the UK and Ireland in November 2021. In December 2022, Reemsborko was also appointed by TV Tokyo to handle Naruto, Naruto Shippūden and Boruto.
