New U.K. Mushoku Tensei Blu-ray Released on Monday

On Monday October 22, Crunchyroll will release Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation Season 2 Part 1 on both Blu-ray and DVD. The volume is described as follows:

"After Eris' departure, Rudy wallows in depression until he rediscovers his purpose in the heat of battle and returns to life as an adventurer. Tales of his exploits earn him an invite to Ranoa University of Magic, where a former friend studies in disguise."

Crunchyroll will also release My Hero Academia Season 6 Part 2 on Blu-ray, DVD and a Limited Blu-ray/DVD edition. The Limited Edition will contain a 64-page art booklet, silver metallic art cards featuring Deku and Shigaraki, an acrylic Standee and a sticker set. The volume is described as follows:

"Escaped villains wreak havoc across the nation while Deku faces One For All's successors. As Shigaraki's primary target, he strikes out alone to keep All Might and his friends from the fight. But Class 1-A won't stand for it and vow to bring Deku home."

Crunchyroll will also release the feature film, Mobile Suit Gundam: Cucuruz Doan's Island. The film retells the 15th episode of the original Mobile Suit Gundam television anime. The episode itself has been omitted from English releases of the series.

The story is set after the Federation defense of Jaburo, with the Federation planning to renew offensives on Zeon's invasion headquarters in Odessa. Amuro and the White Base head to Belfast to resupply, but the White Base receives new orders: to head to the "Island of No Return" to Search and Destroy any Zeon stragglers. Amuro sets out on the island in search of Zeon spies, but finds a group of children and a Zaku mobile suit on the supposedly uninhabited island. With the Gundam left behind, Amuro encounters a man who calls himself Cucuruz Doan. After uncovering the secret of the island, Amuro attempts to make his way back to the Gundam to escape.

Manga creator and animator Yoshikazu Yasuhiko directed the film, and was also credited with the character designs alongside Atsushi Tamura (Weathering With You) and Tsukasa Kotobuki (Mobile Suit Gundam: The Origin, Saber Marionette J).

MVM will release the 12-part series Wolf Girl & Black Prince on Blu-ray. The anime centres around Erika Shinohara, a vain 16-year-old girl who tells her friends about her romantic exploits, but she actually has no boyfriend. She claims that a handsome boy in a candid photo is her boyfriend, but it turns out that boy is a schoolmate named Kyōya Sata. She has no choice but to make him her fake boyfriend. Unfortunately, Sata may look like a sweet person, but he is actually an ultra-black-hearted sadist. Sata takes advantage of Erika's weakness and treats her like his dog.

Kenichi Kasai directed the anime at TYO Animations from scripts by Sawako Hirabayashi, with series composition by Sawako Hirabayashi. Maki Fujioka designed the characters, and Go Sakabe composed the soundtrack for the series.

Crunchyroll will also release Season 2 of Chaika the Coffin Princess. The volume is described as follows:

"Continuing with her mission after the battle on the floating fortress, Chaika is now in a race to retrieve her father's heart from Claudia. Meanwhile Red Chaika is after Guy who has one of Emperor Gaz's arms in his possession. But his remains are not the only items he's left behind and one of his legacies appears to contain information with regards to the creation of the Chaikas. Will they fall to their curiosity and uncover the mystery behind their existence or is this rumour all but a trick?"

Anime Limited will release a standard 4K UHD edition of One Piece Film Red.
