Anime USA 2008 Premieres Latest Artwork by Jo Chen
ARLINGTON, VA - JULY 09, 2008 - Anime USA is pleased to announce Jo Chen as our artist guest of honor. Also, for this year, Jo will be providing original artwork for the 2008 convention t-shirt. A preview of the 2008 convention t-shirt artwork is available at http://www.animeusa.org/downloads/. The t-shirt will be available for sale at the October conventionís Merchandise Table.
Jo Chen has produced the covers and/or interior illustrations for such titles as Buffy the Vampire Slayer ìSeason 8,î Runaways, Street Fighter, Serenity, Thor - Son of Asgard, Darkminds Macropolis, Racer X, Battle of the Planets, Robotech, Last of the Mohicans, Fight For Tomorrow, Eva - Daughter of the Dragon, The Taskmaster, (Batman &) Robin and Xboxís Fable and Fable: TLC. Her original 1999 manga ìThe Other Side of the Mirrorî is available in both English (TokyoPop) and Italian (JPop).
