Anime Vegas Moves Convention Back to Cashman Center

Las Vegas, Nevada - August 6th, 2009 - Anime Vegas Convention 2009 is proud to announce it's sixth annual event celebrating Japanese pop culture from anime, music and costume play on Labor Day Weekend in Las Vegas.

Industry guests, exhibition vendors and convention attendees across the nation will converge onto Las Vegas back at the Cashman Center. Last year's event was hosted by the Renaissance Hotel near the Las Vegas Strip, the first annual event was launched at Cashman Center in 2004.

Open to the public, the non-profit organization has programmed many activities and programs include Premiere of Tokyo Comedy Store documentary and introducing a new event this year “The Phantomhive Ball and Social” ; Industry Guests:Brad Swaile, Colleen Clinkenbeard, Jennifer Alyx, Jerry Jewell, Jonathan Klein, Jonathan Osborne, Julie Rei Goldstein, Justin Cook, Kaiji Tang, Laura Bailey, Lauren Landa, Marianne Miller, Michael Naishtut, Steve Blum, Tara Platt, The Gamer Girls, Travis Willingham, Yuri Lowenthal. Musical guests, Momoi “Queen of Akihabara", Alsdead, Akai SKY, Makenai, Project Jupiter ,Rusika and Satsuki will be performing during the convention.
