Anime-zing! Announces V is for Villains and Gnome Games

Davenport, Iowa - December 12, 2012 - The Iowa anime convention Anime-zing! announced today that V is for Villains will be performing at the convention. Anime-zing! also announced that Wisconsin gaming company Gnome Games will sponsor the convention's 2012 table top gaming room.

V is for Villains is a new breed of entertainment. Mixing the visual styles of Steampunk, Carnival and Noir, with the musical taste of Nine Inch Nails, Prodigy, and your favorite film score; V is for Villains will take listeners on a journey through the imagination that your mother couldn't prepare you for. Most groups often say that they intend for "world domination"... V is for Villains might actually mean it.... V is for Villains will be appearing in Anime-zing!'s Saturday evening concert.

Gnome Games is a gaming store based in Green Bay, Wisconsin, regularly offering games and tournaments at their store location. They will be participating in Anime-zing! 2013 to run numerous table top gaming tournaments, with games including Magic, Settlers of Catan, Dominion, Yu-Gi-Oh, and beyond.

Anime-zing! is a three-day Iowa anime convention held in May. The convention brings together just under 1,000 fans to participate in cosplay costume contests, various social events, a formal ball, discussion panels, a date auction, video gaming tournaments, and table top gaming tournaments. Anime-zing! gives fans of Japanese animation a safe, fun place to meet fellow fans and celebrate Japanese animation and culture.
