Naporitan's Horny Housewife Dicked Out is the most I've wanted to be generous to a work in my time writing reviews of R18+ manga. On the one hand, Naporitan clearly has an understanding of what works in cuckolding focused stories and what makes them so appealing to so many. But on the other hand, the limited art and writing mean that the good ideas present in this work are executed poorly. So, while I ultimately want to see more work from Naporitan, I really can't recommend this story to anyone besides the most dedicated of NTR connoisseurs.

The story of Horny Housewife Dicked Out is pretty typical for this kind of genre fare. Kasumi and her husband, Satoshi, have hit a rough patch due to his being overworked and their poor communication skills, leaving Kasumi lonely and sexually frustrated. Under these conditions, she runs into her former classmate Shouma — who is problematically framed as a delinquent with his blonde hair and darker skin tone — and the two have an affair after his aggressive sexual advances. This culminates in Satoshi getting tied to the cuck chair to watch them have sex, and have a mental break that leads to his willing participation in their sexual debauchery.

All of the pieces for a good NTR story are present in Horny Housewife Dicked Out. The lack of communication and emotional honesty leading to an emotional blow-up, the aggrandizing of the taboo of infidelity by juxtaposing it against Kasumi's daily married life, and even the final admission that all involved would be happier if they blew up their seemingly enviable lives to dedicate themselves to hedonism. However, the means through which these ideas are expressed are too distracting to make these ideas land effectively. Facial expressions are often weird and alien to the point of being distracting, and the dialogue often feels unnatural. While a part of the latter issue could be due to the translation — at one point, a character exclaims “Jesus!” during intercourse, which feels odd in a work otherwise grounded in explicitly Japanese social markers — even the name of this title betrays limited writing acumen. Like, what does “Dicked Out” even mean? It's catchy, but that phrase doesn't actually appear in this title and isn't really a turn of phrase that people say.

Again, at the risk of being too critical, everything wrong with Horny Housewife Dicked Out could easily be improved in future titles, and I think that people should keep an eye on Naporitan's work. Unfortunately, you probably shouldn't start on that body of work here and instead catch the next Naporitan title brought over for English-language readers.

Well…that escalated quickly, didn't it? I understand there are a lot of tropes associated with specific genres. When it comes to NTR porn, you usually have things like an unsatisfied housewife or girlfriend, a bully, some kind of humiliation on the part of the husband, etc. This story isn't that long, but it really tries to cram in every single trope associated with this kink in the span of just a couple of dozen pages, and I think it suffers as a result of it. I understand a certain level of convolutedness that comes with these types of scenarios, but the sheer level of coincidence for all of these things to line up caught me off guard, even with my pretty high suspension of disbelief.

It starts OK with a misunderstanding between a married couple, leading to that initial sexual frustration on the part of the wife. Then it felt like the story just escalated every two pages out of nowhere to the point where it felt like these were two chapters that were just shoved into one. There are even times when it felt like things fast-forwarded to get the story from plot point to plot point. Going from a reasonable miscommunication to mind-breaking, the husband just didn't feel earned because the cuckolding didn't really end up having anything to do with each other; it was just an excuse to make things a bit easier at the beginning. I know NTR isn't everyone's favorite genre, and it's not necessarily mine, but even judging the story on its own principles, it does feel a bit lacking. Plus, since the story tries to jam in so much stuff, the sex scenes themselves don't even have a lot of time to breathe, which I feel is a must in an NTR story if you really want to hammer home the psychological pain in the scenario. Sometimes less is more.
