What's It About?

Despite Princess Charlotte's beauty, which is likened to the sun, Charlotte is a willful, selfish and demanding young woman. She's also a playgirl, frequently found in bed with another beautiful young woman.
Unwilling to get married, Charlotte has made a reluctant agreement with her mother, the queen, that she will be able to pick her own spouse once the ten days of the banquet celebrating her 25th birthday is over. Into the endless succession of older and power hungry men, a young wolf enters the fray. Princess Skadi of Nuanar a land of wolf-people, has seen the sun and wants it for herself.
Charlotte commands Skadi to attend her, and they begin a passionate, and not terribly secret affair. However, when their feelings begin to become more than mere lust, Charlotte names Skadi as her spouse. Charlotte finds that her mother has already made arrangements and has no intention of keeping up her side of the bargain.
This full color and very 18+ comic, is short enough to be worth buying the whole thing in one gone. At 10 chapter and 3 bonus episodes, you get a story with enough sturm und drang to keep your attention and a bunch of after the happily ever after to offer a satisfying conclusion.
I'm not sure the extremely explicit sex scenes actually added much to the story and by the end they felt a bit perfunctory, but I did appreciate the fact that injuries lingered and did not just magically disappear during those scenes.
I would also argue that a vertical scroll did not do this story any favors, as it was often hard to “see” a high-effects panel on either phone or laptop. Perhaps a tablet would have been a better reading tool.
This was an interesting enough contained GL K-comic, with a generous helping of political manipulation, loss, adventure, revenge, and of course, love and lust. It's a decent read and it's nice to see some women finding happiness together in a web manhwa.

The more I read the title of this story, the more I actually think it's quite brilliant. This is a story about two people who engage in an intense forbidden romance where one is able to transform into the wolf while the other is often compared to the sun. The title would lead you to believe that the wolf-like beastperson is stealing away the other woman, but in actuality, this is actually a story about two people looking to save each other. The “sun” is being stolen, but she's being stolen away from circumstances that run the risk of leaving her harsh and jaded. This is another simple self-contained story, and while I do think the ending was handled a little bit too quickly to the story's detriment, I love the buildup and intimacy that was on display here.
This is ultimately a story about escapism. Charlotte is a young noble woman who is being forced to marry and thus is engaging in as many sexual exploits with other women as she can. She ends up coming across Skadi, another woman posing as her brother, and she more or less becomes Charlotte's pet, but that façade quickly fades as the two do build a genuine relationship. The sex between them is some of the best in this guide that I have read, and I genuinely believe their chemistry. It's also a surprisingly funny story despite its occasional dark moments of hopelessness. The banter is very strong, but also comes off very naturally, and the lovely use of background details in order to punctuate symbolism is also incredibly well done. Again, I feel like this is a story that probably could've benefited from another two or three more chapters to really round out its ending in order to maximize a satisfying emotional conclusion. However, that being one of the only detriments I can find with this story might also be a positive in and of itself because I just want to see more of this young lesbian couple fight against the odds. Definitely give this one a shot, especially if you are a fan of some strong lesbian romance.
