| Air Master (TV) | Worst ever | When will Japanese people understand that someone getting raped is not comedy? |
| Bleach (TV) | Weak | Has its ups and downs, recently more of the 'downs'. |
| Cowboy Bebop (TV) | Very good | Usually more style then substance, but there is no series with more style than Cowboy Bebop. PLus, there's a few episodes with very dramatic, powerful stories, and excellent background art throughout. |
| Elfen Lied (TV) | Bad | |
| Grenadier (TV) | Good | Basically Rurouni Kenshin with fanservice. Feel-good material, mostly very silly. If you look at this series from a deeper perspective you may see a criticsm of Japan's male-dominated, martial roots, saying that women (at least as the writers percieve women) can contribute equally valuable ethics to society. Then again this was probably wishful thinking on my part. |
| Hyper Police (TV) | Masterpiece | Most people will probably think it's shitty, but IMO it has nice characterization and ideals. |

| Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha (TV) | Masterpiece | This anime gets over-melodramatic at times, but it had some really beautiful moments, especially at the end. |

| Ninja Nonsense (TV) | Decent | Funny, but all the jokes are based on objectifying women |
| Popotan (TV) | Very good | Pretty slow, but not bad for a simple drama, if nudity doesn't bother you. |
| Pretty Cure (TV) | Weak | A slightly more socially progressive, uglier, shallower and more dissonant CCS. |
| Rozen Maiden (TV) | Masterpiece | Rozen Maiden is exceptional. There is no story more inspiring to a person with a shy or sad personality, except maybe FF7. Magnificently, this show also is officially NOT SEXIST. There is no fanservice (NONE), and men and women have balanced roles in solving problems.The character designs are also exceptionally pretty. |
