Now if only Funimation would release the rest of the show. I won't hold my breath.

Just like what happened with Gintama. At least that means there'll be more eventually. Smile

I think I stopped watching that show a little after episode 100. The parodies are what really kept me coming back, but eventually the plots wore thin enough to where even those couldn't do the trick for me. Still, I'd be willing to watch some key episodes after that point just to get a sense of where the series went.

*also crosses fingers hoping Funi picks up the 2nd season (ep52-103)*

but yeah, i'm a bit sad to hear they're stopping. but it kinda deserved its break i think. some of those episodes in season 7 were pretty bad Anime hyper

here's hoping that it'll be better than ever when it comes again this time next year

I'm a big fan of the frog myself.
I'm hoping this "finale" encourages Funimation to license the rest of the show (and all the movies too).

Normally when a licensing company sees that a show has a particular break or ending, they're more likely to pick it up and license it. (don't know why this seems to be the case, but it does.....)

Incidentally, I still believe this is the exact reason why no one has licensed Doraemon yet....because companies know how long of a series it is.....

Kodocha had an ending but funimation didn't release the rest of that (still annoyed Sad)
Same goes with D.grayman.

Because fans don't buy old long series.

Awesome! I've been wanting to start this series after it was completed. Hopefully FUNimation will pick up the rest of it.

Kodocha was quickly becoming one of my favorite shows ever. The fact that we'll probable never see the rest of it over here still makes me a little sad too. Oh well, I did my part.
