I was wondering if there is any anime like Love Hina.
Is Full Metal Panic Fumoffu anything like Love Hina?
Does FMP:F go anywhere like Love Hina?[/list]

Full Metal Panic? Fumoffu is nothing like Love Hina.
For one thing, Fumoffu DOESN'T SUCK.
Secondly, Love Hina is pretty much a generic harem anime (and a bad one at that, but this isn't the place to get into any of that). It's one complete loser with a bunch of women around him that inexplicably pine for him and get wrapped up in various (repetitive, dull, unfunny, predictable, annoying) sexual situations over and over and over again. Fumoffu, on the other hand, is pretty much just Sousuke & Chidori, along with their friends, getting wrapped up in various comic misadventures. It has a very light romantic angle, but that's a purely Sousuke/Chidori thing and not "all these girls want a piece of Sousuke but this one over here is somehow special."

Well i'm not really answering your qeustion, because i haven't seen FMP, but in contrast to what the other guy said, Love HIna doesn't suck.. though it has some really stupid fillers, the comedy was all right and the story was just fine. It's a classic to me.

I can see the comparison you're making. I have only seen the first 4 episodes of FMP Fumoffu, but it is very different from Love Hina. There is two lovers who are in too much denial to admit they like each other and the girl is insanely violent and guy insanely weird and there's so many things and people that come in their way and it's funny and they always flashback to important moments in their relationship and the girl has extremely long hair. But I wouldn't really judge FMP just because you've seen Love Hina, from what I've seen FMP Fumoffu is much better than Love Hina (even though I do like Love Hina) and there's more differences than similarities.

It ended too quickly. It was a great series; and one of my personal favorites. I have both OSTs; but the second one is far superior (has more styles of pop/rock) to the other. But Love Hina Again felt rushed. I think they should make at least 13 new episodes; or at least have a new series with a new story.
