I remember seeing the rather butchered OVA, which was marketed as the "second movie" ?
As well as the "first?" movie. Both were unrelated and both made little sense. However having said that, if one is looking for a real kick ass anime with lots of spurtting blood. the movies will deliver satisfaction. The dub wasn't too bad though the technical quality was appalling. I haven't seen the manga, but I've read that it is way better than the anime, as usual. I wonder if the TV series will have as much bloody fighting? |

Becasue it was on TV, there won't be the gallons of blood like the OVAs, but there is still tons of great fights.

Having watched this series, I have to wonder a bit about the sanity of whoever decided to spend money on it.
As for bloody battles, well, you're going to get more generic angst that blood. |
