I'm a new member of this site, I really like this site because has a lot of information about old anime and manga, but the main reason a came here is for the 70's anime, they were very popular and I liked so much, like Gaiking, Magneto Robot, Kotetsu Jeegu and others, they were 5, and the Cobra, Super Agent...

I'd like to know if possible, how can I get those old anime? If any of you guys have this information I will appreciated a lot...

[EDIT: Adjusted your topic to not be so vague. -TK]

You might want to first change the title of your thread to something that more accurately describes your situation. I.E "Looking for Old Anime."

ebay is a great place to start.

Gaiking

From Amazon

Search around on google too, you'll be bound to find what your looking for

First of all, you should change your topic title. I was about to ignore it without reading what you said because I thought you were just introducing yourself. *Edit: Oops, Ragg beat me to it.

Secondly, you might be able to find some of what you are looking for but VHS only. I also did a few google searches and found some of the same things that Ragg did. But some of those titles didn't come up with any real hits. Good luck with the hunt though.

On this site, Anime News Network, you can view ALL the anime by date. I have a link.

Hello, OldSchool, welcome to the forums. You'll be happy to know that some of the 70's classic anime are commercially availabe on DVD such as Gatchaman and Space Battleship Yamato (in the form of Star Blazers.) Well, Star Bazers WAS on DVD not too long ago. It's been a little while since I've seen it on store shelves. I'm still waiting for Gai King to be available, as well as Starvengers, Danguard Ace, and my own show, Grandizer.

If you find out anything, please let all the rest of us old-schoolers know. Lance and Brenda are very anxious to re-live those old episodes again.

Perhaps ones of us should pose this question to Zac, the all-knowing Answerman?
