first they need to get a release in the US i think saikano might come to america from viz but grave of the fireflies i dont know.

Speculation is pointless. If you're going to mention the possible licensing of a title, at least give reasons why you like them enough to even think they'd be worthy of financial effort to bring over, translate, and produce them on DVD in your country. Otherwise, we could just answer with a simple 'yes' or 'no.'
