I've heard about this Kiriko Nananan manga for quite awhile, and I haven't been able to find exactly when CMX is going to release it.

That would be CPM (Central Park Media). And as for a release date, Amazon apparently has it up for the 30th of January, though Amazon isn't known for being consistant with when something is come out. (For those unknowing, Pale Pink is the same collection that was just cancelled.) |

I'm suprised to see that they're even listing this as coming out; I had thought CMP just cancelled it all-together. Great news if the Amazon page is accurate, and I'd encourage everyone to pick it up.

Well they had it up for preorder for the 30th of October of this year, so I don't know if this going to happen. It'd be too bad, but I guess its not really surprising.

Ironically enough it's date coincides with the delayed Town of Evening Calm, Country of Cherry Blossoms. I'd wager the latter is coming out on that date, while I can only pray that Sweet Cream and Red Strawberries is put out by a company that only filed for bankruptcy a little while ago. If it's their first manga release since then, however, then I'd be all for it. We need more josei over here in English.
Heed Kagemusha's advice, folks.
We'll just have to wait for the 30th to arrive before we know the results. I don't want to be optimistic or pessimistic here, despite me leaning towards the former.
If it is indeed released, then check out some other bookstores online that would likely sell it. |

Is this other manga you've mentioned here worth checking out? I've never heard of it, but I noticed the publisher was Last Gasp, and they've only put out quality manga in my opinion. |
