And if you mean anything besides libraries and GENTLY reading stuff at Borders/B&N, you may as well just not ask because most messageboards don't condone illegal activity. And if you really loved manga, you'd WANT to support the artists D<.

Or you could try your local Book Off store, it really gets your Japanese into shape if you go there.
