I just finished it yesterday on Crunchyroll and immediately though that it would be great if NIS licensed it. This is a must have! I'm so happy that my wish came true one day later.

this was one of the best shows I've ever seen. I heard that NIS had it about a week ago but two weeks ago i had order the first volume from japan, but now NIS have it i dont think i can justify the price anymore assuming they release it on Blu ray

Cool! I also expected NIS America to pick up this show. I bet Justin Sevakis will very excited if he is the one that authors the BD's for this great looking anime.

This has been the best license announcement for me all year. This is a definite buy.

Good News.

And YES, this goes on the instant pre-order/will buy. ...If it's on blu. Otherwise...

I made an embarrassingly loud squealing sound when I read the headline. Laughing

Anyway, YES!! First day pre-order for me.

This is wonderful news. I had heard about it before, but a formal headline made me cheer. I would be very pleased to own The Eccentric Family on home video.

The Eccentric Family was a fabulous surprise for me this summer and I entirely concur with the belief that this is perfectly suited to NISA. I hope that they give is a really handsome release. It might be too much to ask, but the cultural richness the underlies this series could support a really interesting book to accompany the release.

I really enjoy the way this series came out so unassuming, but deeply charmed so many people.

This show really felt like a NISA show when I watched it, so I'm glad they picked it up. Even if I wasn't already buying every single NISA release, I'd still buy this.

If they put this on bluray, this might be my first NISA purchase. Kinda hope they don't add too much fluff, though maybe an artbook would be nice for this series.
