Does anyone know where I can find this movie? It seems good, and would like to check it out, LEGALLY(i.e. NO Kazaa, WinMX, or any other P2P program).

yeah, it's a "reasonable price" because it's a bootleg.
CD Japan is selling the titles at the Japanese MSRP price. You won't find many places selling legitimate imports for much less than their prices. Yes, legitimate R2s are _EXPENSIVE_... and, if those sales were supporting your furthered development of anime, wouldn't you prefer to get a few dollars from the sale of the DVD, rather than none at all? (the reason bootlegs are cheap is because the authors aren't getting any money from the sales. gee.. big surprise.) |

Im no sure if any of you are aware but ALICE has atcually been released in the UK.You can pick it up for £14.99($25?)at www.play.com. It has both a japanese language track and an english one.The extras include a short history of cgi and an audio commentary by Jonathan Clements

Yup, this appears to be a completely legitimate R2 release (warning, it's PAL). Amazon.co.uk has it too. Its from a studio called "Warrior"

For those of you that are interested here is the Amazon.co.uk link for A.LI.CE Also, I noticed that the release date says 29 September, 2003 so does anyone know if this slipped under the radar, and a R1 release may soon be coming?
