No, I don't think he was being racist. It was just kind of a gag about how he dislikes anything that reminds him of Japan because now his daughter is so far away from him (because she married a Japanese guy). I loved his comment, "But I do love my Walkman!" | it's kind of wierd, because they seem to forget the gag when part 4 comes around and its revealed he had a bastard son with a Japanese women

Well, the animation could've been better and PB wasn't as good as BT (can't be helped, of course), but otherwise this show was thoroughly Excellent. Everyone involved clearly had tremendous fun working on it and it really showed.
Hah, they even kept the stupid plothole (Dio's two coffins) in the teaser! That HAD to be deliberate.

I just watched episode 25 and when I went to watch 26 there seems to be a hole in the plot
At the end of 25 Cars transforms because of the UV light when I start episode 26 Cars is melting in Lava did I miss something or is the episode numbered wrong? Theres nothing like going to watch a conclusion to something and suddenly things are spoiled right at the beginning I mean why is there Lava how did cars get there? what is going on

@DemonThirdEye - it sounds like you watched episode 24 and then skipped to episode 26, without seeing 25. If you had seen 25, you'd know why Cars was in lava at the beginning of 26. It's not your fault. I know some fansub streaming sites had mistakenly titled episode 24 as 25. Look around, you should be able to find the real episode 25.

This was one of the most ridiculous anime I ever watched, though in a good way. It was so over the top, but I could not wish anything different, because it was so funny. I gave "Excellent" mark to this project.

I've always been a Jojo fan (The old D'Arby episode was the first I'd ever seen. Back when it was new) and this one did not disappoint one bit. It's an absolute purchase for me the moment I can. It's so yag and ridiculous but still so awesome.

Part 3, Episode 1: That was glorious.
Jotarooooooooo. I'm hoping we see a lot of Stand Users in this season, depending on adaptation. I wonder how many episodes this will have. I'm guessing two cour which would mean some rush. Still, the first episode imo was glorious.
Holly spotted earlier in the episode. Then again, there's Jotarooooooooo. Joseph is awesome too and I remember his confrontation like from the manga. Abdul comes out as well, awesome. I like his Stand known as the 'Magician's Red'. Good episode to start off this series imo. I'm really looking forward to the rest.

JoJo~!!!!!!!!!!!
The series airs at the same time as a radio show I listen to and I don't have a TV in my new room (because there's no TV antenna plug in here) and I was so torn as to what to do.
Ended up watching JoJo in real time though and ahhhhhhhh~~ He's so coooooooool!!! Dio is such a creepy villain.

I was yooge - YOOGE - fan of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure (the one that came out recently - I haven't seen the older OVA series yet). So, needless to say, I was pumped - PUMPED - for this debut. So I'm disappointed to be a bit underwhelmed. Very unfair to be making judgments after only one episode, but so far there is a certain spirit from the previous series that seems lacking here. I'm not sure I'm going to be crazy about this "Stand" business. One of the pleasures of the first series was the wild battles that characters got into - I don't know if having proxies is going to be as enjoyable.
Anyway, it's very early days, obviously, so I hope my fears that this title won't be as enjoyable as the first are unfounded.

Seen the previous series.
Decided to give this a try as well.
Animation seems nicer in this series.
The muscles sure were shown in great detail.
Jotaro is one weird mannered guy.
I like him <3
We can expect a whole bunch of action this season!
Guess I'm gonna get hooked again ^^
