This feels like something that came out of a time capsule from the mid-2000s, even down to the janky-looking CG explosions.

I think the CG for the mechs looks pretty good myself in action, also the detailed damage art in the backgrounds looks really good for TV (atleast in the shots they made for the trailer).
I also think it'll be great to see this new season of the franchise with the sharper colors and stuff as shown in the trailer and sequel movie, or things like even better digital screen displays, which is all natural given the age of the original series by now (and to a lesser extent the movie).

I've been watching the 1st season dozen of time during 1st release and never get bored until I can remember the script (that time i still on "search mode" for gundam seed character design artist anime) heaven and earth are the best, right of left is soo sad fav chara : Kazuki X Maya |
