Health should always come first.

Let the pirates wait.

Hope he gets better, and I doubt this will be anything like HxH.

I wasn't fond of the art at first but as it went on it really molded into a nice style.

This bit is erroneous. The Railgun manga isn't adapting anything, it's the original work. There is no Railgun spin off novel series (there are some side stories, though).

That publishers need to institute mandatory sleep/rest time for mangaka, no wonder they get sick so easily.

I don't really think that's the case here. Railgun is a monthly manga and it did take an extended break after the last arc finished up. I doubt his sickness was caused by overwork.

Also, Fuyukawa Motoi is the artist, Kamachi Kazuma still writes the story :X

EDIT: Here's an English-translated manga cover-

This is a bit erroneous too. Railgun isn't an original work because Railgun is a spin off and all of rail gun is called a toarumajutsunoindex side story. Now the magna has an original story and isn't an adaptation of anything. There are also two, eight part light novels which I guess is enough that you could maybe call it a series and iirc this guy does the art for them too.

To the guy afraid of a hxh situation, there is always the option of replacing this guy (hopefully he fully recovers since I like his work). Hxh is actually that guy's original work so he would actually have to agree to hand it off even if everyone else wanted to continue without him.

Not original work. it's a spin off of the original LN. Alot of characters and the world are already created.

Frankly it hasn't seemed better than Railgun yet. Let's see if it proves me wrong.
