My father owns this but I've never watched it (well I've seen some I think).
Might pick it up and watch on Blu-Ray because it's got at least a little Satoshi Kon 
Still holding out for Siren to give us Perfect Blue-Ray in a release perhaps not dissimilar to their DVD release of it. |

I'd say that short has more Satoshi Kon than given credit for, but Morimoto was the favorite back then, so...
