Do you mean Urotsukidoji the hentai? The Perfect edition is subtitled only.

no, but is similar to Urotsukidoji. The full title is "The Urotsuki"

The Urotsuki is a new Urotsukidoji OAV, thats supposedly a rmake of the first three episode/movie, done in 5.1, with an anamorphic transfer thingy and good aniamtion and junk. There's a company who will release it in mach next year as a boxed set, and that will have english subs.
