It was 3rd last week with 9.6 so not really.
The ranking is now basically always Sazae-san first with the 5 others switching around between 2nd and 6th. Those weekly variations don't mean much in terms of popularity.
If anything it's Chibi Maruko-chan and Sazae-san which have declined. The former used to always be 2nd and the latter used to have a huge gap with the other shows which has decreased significantly.
