How are the NPC's? Is it a living breathing city akin to GTA?

It still seems like the game Shenmue wanted to be, except you know...refined.

What about the music? Is the soundtrack as good as Yakuza 0?Kuze's theme and heartbreak mermaid are some of my favorites. Its got equal parts powerful music as well as cheesy dance music.

Why bother put a score for music when the review doesn't address it?
