jeeze, 15 years of precure makes me feel old remembering it was a "hot new thing" and you had to go through a few hoops just to watch the original series on some shoddy Hong Kong bootleg import (not that very much of that has changed for North American fans beyond a questionable "official release")

It'd be cool if all Cure seiyuus (plus Luminous and Rose) may appear in that event. That would be massive and expensive. (The true All Stars event since DX3, please.)

Huh... a little odd that they'd be starting the 15th anniversary celebrations when the series doesn't turn 15 for another year. First episode aired February 1, 2004, which means that the 15th anniversary is February 1, 2019.
Not that the series hasn't messed up similar to this before; HappinessCharge was the celebratory 10th anniversary series, and each episode, a different Cure from a previous season would appear and say thanks for the support... except that some of them said that the series was now in its tenth year. A tenth anniversary means that you just completed your tenth year and are now starting your eleventh.
