I donno if it's just me or Japanese handle homosexual relationships in such a weird way. We have hetero love stories that take whole seasons but Yuri relationships stories are instantaneous and it's more about dealing with the idea of the relationship instead of the relationship itself. Now, of course, this is no where near as bad as Yaoi which is 90% "I'll rape you until you love me" scenarios but still find it weird how these are handled.

Dunno what you're reading but that doesn't seem at all common to me. Usually you'll know what the expected pair is but it always takes as long as ever for them to actually get together, usually with a bunch of "but we're both girls" and "but I'm not gay" along the way.

And it's definitely not the case with Citrus, either. spoiler[Heck, they realize they love each other a good deal before they decide to actually start dating, though the step-sisters thing plays a big part in that.]
