Nothing unusual. Unless said otherwise, always assume that all new anime will be 12/13 episodes. Its almost like a rule of life except for anime.

Exactly.
I think the only Spring 2018 anime that will be longer were already announced:
Tensei Shitara Suraimu Datta Ken, Karakuri Circus, JoJo, Index III, Sword Art Online, Radiant and Fairy Tail. Maybe 1 or 2 others will be two cours, but all the rest will be 12 episodes long.

Exactly.

Seishun Buta Yarou looks like it will be covering 2-cour's worth of content but with the movie it might still be just a 1-cour.
